Executive Chairman of the Ferring Group
Mr. Paulsen has been Chairman of Ferring Ventures SA since 2020 and joined the Ferring Board of Directors in July 2021, becoming Executive Chairman in July 2023. He is also Chairman of the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University and Vice-Chairman of the Investment Board at the Pension Fund of Georgia, having previously served as Senior Advisor to four Ministers of Economy and Sustainable Development in Georgia. Before joining Ferring, Mr. Paulsen worked at Mars Inc., Coca-Cola and Credit Suisse. He received a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK.
