Head of Manufacturing Support, Science & Technology
Klavs started at Syntese in April 2023 as Head of Manufacturing Support, Science & Technology (MSST) and has the day-to-day overall responsibility for process support, process improvements and product development.
He has 20 years of experience in the life science industry, including Eurofins Scientific A/S, Chr. Hansen A/S and Novo Nordisk A/S – where he held various management positions. Klavs has a master’s degree in environmental chemistry from the University of Copenhagen and a graduate degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
Klavs is the father of five children, active in the local football club and in the eternal quest to become a better squash player, when he is not out fishing and enjoying nature.
