Plant Performance and Process Excellence Manager
Cecilie has been Manager of Plant Performance and Process Excellence since June 2023. In addition, she holds a speaker position with the European Compliance Agency (ECA) Academy, teaching subjects such as Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance.
Before joining Syntese, Cecilie worked primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Some of her previous positions include Project Manager in Project Excellence at Novo Nordisk and Global Operational Excellence Specialist at Xellia Pharmaceuticals.
Cecilie is a graduate engineer in Global Management and Manufacturing from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark. She has continued to supplement her education by completing a variety of courses in Lean, Six Sigma, project management and data analysis.
As an extrovert and festive person, Cecilie spends most of the spare time with her family and friends attending concerts, art exhibitions or out enjoying good food. She also likes to spend time at home relaxing with her family and engaging in home renovation projects.
