Senior Finance Manager
Ege joined Syntese in March 2023 as an external consultant and later became the Head of Finance in February 2024. He is an experienced finance professional with consulting, business partnering and business transformation experience in both commercial and operational organizations mainly in the pharmaceutical and life science industries.
Previously a manager at PwC, Ege has a good understanding of finance, strategy and project management including implementation of next generation of business partnering solutions as well as automating tasks. Prior to joining PwC, he has been a Finance Partner in Novo Nordisk and Radiometer Medical where he was responsible for controlling the costs of the production plant, and the P&L of the local operations. Ege has also worked at Deloitte, where he advised clients on their internal controls, internal audit, and process transformations.
Ege has an M&A-focused bachelor’s degree in International Business, and a master’s degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
As a highly extroverted and creative person, Ege enjoys playing multiple instruments and producing music in his free time. He is half-Danish and half-Turkish.
