Head of Engineering and EHS
Niklas started at Syntese in September 2022 as Head of Engineering and EHS. His management area covers engineering and maintenance, project management and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
He has considerable management experience from various life science companies such as Coloplast and Novo Nordisk, where he most recently held the position of Associate Manager in Tech Support in the Biopharm division.
Niklas is trained as a business economist in personnel management.
Niklas is married to Helle and has two adult children and a grandchild. In his free time, he enjoys running, MTB and badminton.
