Senior HR Manager
Pia has been a part of Syntese since 2016 . As the Senior HR Manager for Syntese, she oversees HR, communications, reception and the canteen. Her role involves responsibility for Syntese’s HR agenda, encompassing recruitment, employee well-being, and internal training.
She supports the company’s business goals through assisting both local management and global functions.
Alongside her role at Syntese, Pia is the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Global Tech Ops and Corporate Functions teams based in Ferring International PharmaScience Center (IPC), Denmark.
In addition, Pia also runs international HR projects within the Ferring Group, such as the Global Talent Program. In the period 2020-2022, she was a Senior HR Manager in the Leadership & Talent Management team at Ferring.
Before joining Syntese, Pia held roles such as HR Manager at IO Interactive, HR & Payroll Manager at Anritsu and Director of HR Operation at Telia Denmark/Orange/Mobilix.
Pia holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology.
Privately, Pia is the mother of three grown boys. She is actively involved in her local trim club, practices reformer Pilates, and in her leisure time enjoys a glass of wine or a good G&T.
